Mid or Real is run by Willhite Strategy Group, 1875 Mission St Ste 103 #809, San Francisco, CA 94103. Contact: hello@midorreal.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What this site is

Mid or Real publishes commentary and opinion on public data. Rankings, and any verdicts we publish later, are our opinions based on the methodology we disclose on the methodology page. They are not statements of fact.

No advice

This is not investment advice, not purchasing advice, not security advice and not legal advice. It is not a recommendation to use, buy, sell, fund or avoid anything. Do your own evaluation before you decide.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, and not endorsed by, any project we list. Project names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the project being discussed.

Data comes from others

Our numbers come from third parties such as GitHub and Hacker News. They can be wrong, late, or changed by the source after we stored them. We do not warrant that anything on the site is accurate, complete or available. The site is provided "as is" and "as available".

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Willhite Strategy Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make using it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $100.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim.

Acceptable use

Paid listings

If we ever offer paid listings, they will be labeled as paid. Payment never changes a ranking or a verdict.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@midorreal.com with:

This follows 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3).

Corrections and removal

For a wrong number or a dispute, see Corrections. Owners and maintainers can have a project removed permanently at Remove a project.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.

Severability and changes

If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. When the terms change, the new text is posted on this page with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the change.
